The Challenge

TIP Group, a market leader in freight transportation solutions, identified a strategic need to embed a more consistent leadership approach across its international leadership community.

With nearly 400 people leaders spread across multiple countries, the business sought to elevate leadership capability and alignment while navigating the complexities of geography, language, and culture.

The Solution

  • Flame Learning partnered with TIP Group to design and deliver a scalable, high-impact Leadership Development programme spanning 11 countries across North America, Europe and the UK.
  • Delivered in six languages, the programme was tailored to meet the diverse needs of TIP’s leadership population while ensuring consistency in core messaging and approach.
  • To achieve this, Flame Learning’s international network of facilitators completed a comprehensive Train the Trainer process – ensuring deep familiarity with TIP’s culture and programme content to secure a unified delivery approach across all regions. Workshops were locally curated to maintain relevance, while remaining aligned to TIP’s global leadership objectives.
