Dan Kleinman
Introducing Dan Kleinman – Managing Director, Consultant, Facilitator, Coach, Dad and Snickers addict. Dan set up Flame in response to the tired and misguided approach of many training businesses – put some people in a classroom, talk them through a few PowerPoint slides and expect behavioural change overnight. Disheartened by the stagnant and outdated methods widely used, he set out to offer the customised and targeted development solutions that sit at the heart of all that Flame delivers today.
Dan spent almost 15 years in senior Learning & Development roles at General Electric and Interpublic Group, amongst others. He has delivered in excess of 1,000 workshops to more than 10,000 participants, and designed and delivered workshop, web-based and 1:1 coaching programmes for clients in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. A certified Executive and Life Coach, he has been a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development for over a decade.
A self-confessed sports nut, as a spectator Dan dreams of completing his bucket list of global sports events.
Caroline Kleinman
Throughout her career, Caroline has held a number of roles focusing on Capability Development, and has always been passionate about people development and change management.
Caroline joined Flame after 15 years at a global Management Consultancy firm. Her formative years there focused on the selling, negotiation and delivery of multi-year multi-million dollar transformation programmes within the Financial Services sector. In later years she led Operations for the firm’s global Banking Industry team.
At Flame, Caroline acts as a Lead Consultant and co-ordinates some of our more complex multi-national programmes. She also heads up Strategy, Marketing and Operations at Flame, and manages the day-to-day running of the business.
Back in the day, Caroline loved to jump out of planes, off the side of cliffs and to scuba dive in the world’s oceans. She is absolutely planning to be a bad influence on her kids, for all the right reasons. Just don’t tell Dan!
